Lido Wholesalers are based in North London and provide household products to a wide variety of retail outlets.
For the first phase, Articulan initially provided the Stock Control and Accounting Systems, including hardware such as Barcode scanning. We have also provided a number of templates to help promote this growing business.
The next phase of the solution is to help the Sales staff to automate the order processing using the latest mobile technolgies - using an off-the shelf PDA (Symbian or Windows Mobile based hardware) together with integrated Order Processing Mobile Software. The solution will allow sales to take orders whilst on the road / at customer site and transfer those orders back to base using the Internet. These orders can then be processed immediately by staff based at the warehouse.
