We provide Lessons on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at Bancroft’s School located in Woodford Green:-

6.00 p.m., 6.30 p.m. and adult lessons 7.00 p.m. - 7.45 p.m. |
| Saturday Lessons are from |
9.00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. and with parent and toddler 1.30 p.m. - 2.00 p.m. |

Renewal Notices are now available on the desk for the Spring Term 09
Friday 5 December 2008 - all lessons will commence 30 minutes earlier.
Saturday 13 December 2008 - rescheduled session. Parent & Toddlers at 10.00 a.m.
Adult lesson at 1.00 is rescheduled for Friday 5 December 2008 at 7.00 p.m.

Adult lessons are offered on a Friday evening 7.00 p.m. - 7.45 p.m.
Our lessons are structured for adults & children from beginners through to stamina swimming.
Main benefits:-
- Class will usually be limited to 8 pupils however the ratio of pupil to teacher/assistant is usually 1:2
- Fully qualified and experienced Amateur Swimming Association Teachers. The teachers are licenced through the ASA and their CPD is kept upto date, therefore we have upto date practices.
- Recognised Amateur Swimming Association affiliated swim school
- Experienced in water assistants
- Qualified lifeguard on poolside
- Good changing facilities
- Great pool facilities
We encourage children to learn through fun and games within a structured environment with caring and understanding teachers and helpers.
We work to each individuals needs and abilities.
We do not run holiday crash courses as we feel that the children and teachers benefit from the break in lessons and return refreshed ready for the next course. However if required 1:1 & 1:2 lessons can be arranged, please contact Alison.
The current terms course dates are as follows:-
- Thursday 4 September 2008 through to Thursday 4 December 2008
* There is no swimming on 23 October & 30 October 2008– half term
- Friday 5 September 2008 through to Friday 5 December 2008
* There is no swimming on 17 October & 24 October 2008– half term
- Saturday 6 September 2008 through to Saturday 13 December 2008
* There is no swimming on 18 October 25 October 2008– half term 22 November 2008 – School Open Day
The lessons will cater for all standards starting at beginners and going through to stamina and pre-competition technique.
